I am a Communications Specialist based in Baltimore, Maryland, with a unique blend of technical precision and a deep commitment to community and storytelling. While my professional background includes leading content strategies for B2B SaaS platforms, my true passion lies in using communication to empower people and drive social impact.

My Philosophy: Listening First 

My approach to communications is rooted in mentorship and collaboration.

• As a Storytelling Mentor at Toastmasters, I guide members in finding their stories (not just one story, we all have multitudes) at depth. I've learned that the best true stories come from listening deeply to people's lived experiences.
• During my time at Isles, Inc., I served as a mentor to a student in our alternative high school program, helping them navigate challenges and build confidence. This experience, as well as watching the good work the organization did in the community, reinforced my belief that sustainable change happens when we equip individuals with the tools and support they need to thrive.

These experiences have shaped how I approach communications: with a sharp focus on the human element. Whether I'm drafting an e-newsletter, capturing a video on-site, or managing social media, my goal is always to connect the dots between an organization's work and the broader impact on the community.
